Abstract:
The gulf metropolitan area is a strong collaborative urban system that surrounds the space of the gulf region, with an open industrial economic structure, efficient resource allocation ability, strong polarization diffusion function, and developed spatial collaborative network, suitable for breeding a multipolar urban network. Under the pattern of the gulf metropolitan area, the development characteristics of township areas have shifted from spatial network 'fundamentals' to 'development points', regional functions 'dispersal areas' to 'carrying areas', and factor flow 'output parties' to 'convectors'. This paper analyzes its development momentum and path, and propose a planning logic of three dimensions: 'spatial network, regional division of labor, and urban-rural integration'. By reviewing the characteristics of policy evolution, pattern change, and planning iteration in Tianjin's township areas since the reform and open, the development stage and control characteristics of spatial planning in Tianjin's township areas are summarized. On this basis, this paper delves into the optimization strategies for township level spatial planning in three aspects: network pattern construction, regional division of labor promotion, and collaborative allocation of factors. The aim is to provide innovative ideas and experience references for the space governance and planning of townships under the pattern of the gulf metropolitan area, in order to promote urbanrural integration and regional coordinated development.
